A couple friends & I are at it again!! Our new challenge is "Running to the New Year" & the details are as follows:
Dates: Sep 23 – Jan 1
Challenge: to make it to Times Square for the New Year
Distance: 205 miles (from Ft Meade, Md to Times Square, NY)
Rules: Record your miles every week. Every few weeks we’ll calculate the distances traveled.
Every mile ran counts. Every mile walked counts. To make it on time we’ll need to average around 15 miles per week. To earn some extra
mileage the following will also count 30 minutes of any cardio/weight
training = 1 mile.
So here goes!! I will update weekly as to where I am!! & Good Luck to anyone that would like to join us!!
